Simply put, we have adopted the American style of Real estate. What this means is the agent you will be dealing with will be a self employed business owner and will live in the area in which they operate. This agent will get up to 10 times the commission they would receive from the traditional estate agency offices. Giving the agent great incentive to sell as well as not having to sell so many properties this in turn gives the agent more time to give a personal bespoke service and actually actively sell properties.Â
We currently have agents across the country available with any property related service.
We operate on a no-sale no fee basis so you’ll only pay if we actually complete a sale for you. We typically charge between 1-3% of the sale price depending on the situation.
It is possible to change agents depending on the contract you have signed and any notice period you may have to serve. Please contact us for more advice.
Our sole agency agreements start from 8 weeks, depending on the situation.
The local agent is fully supported by a central office that takes care of all things from your initial photos being booked and keeps you updated with your sales progression every step of the way.
